A Day In The Life

What does it look like to follow our Massiah? What is a day in the life of a true Christain? This is an extremely personal task. This is a task that should be led by the Holy Spirit. If we find ourselves living a routine life than we run the risk of being religious instead of having a true relationship with Yeshuah. Our relationship with our Massiah is the number one priority. Below I am writing some of the things I do personally on a typical day. You can use this as a guide or inspiration for your use. Whether each day looks different or much the same, there must be a desire to surrender your heart to the will of The Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).
Fruit of the Spirit
He Transforms Us
Personally, praying for the fruit of the spirit is extremely important to me. I am a stay a home mom and I homeschool my kids, I manage multiple rental units and our small ranch. I'm not perfect, nor my children nor life for that matter. Praying for the Fruit helps me set the tone for a hectic day. Walking with the fruit of the spirit truly lets His light shine within us; allowing His Spirit to transform you. This gives us the chance to show the world how His true followers look and act. Remember conviction and repentance is okay because we will and do mess up sometimes. Our changed hearts will help us grow in these areas.
Love
A Concern for others; seeking good for all people, no matter what
Joy
Cheerfulness based on God's goodness, not our circumstances
Peace
Contentment with God that brings harmony with others
Patience
Ability to endure suffering; resisting anger when others offend us
Kindness
A tender heart, a desire to share generously with others
Goodness
Determination to speak truth and do what us right, even when no one is looking
Faithfulness
Loyalty to God and others; keeping you promises
Gentleness
A humble attitude, willingness to listen to the wisdom of others
Self-Control
The strength to do God's will, even when you want to do something else.
The Lords Prayer
Matthew 6:9-13
The Lords Prayer is a guide on how to pray. Yeshua did not say "pray this prayer" but rather He said "pray LIKE this..." You don't need to say it word for word like a robot. We can customize this guide to our unique prayer life for a personal and unique prayer specifically between you and Him alone.
Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.

Praise, honor and worship Him! He is the King of kings, the alfa and omega, the Healer, Redeemer, creator of the universe. He is our Salvation! The Lion, the Lamb, the Priest and the Sacrifice, we love Him and are nothing without Him. Thank and praise Him, He is Holy Holy Holy.

He knows what has to happen, we must pray for His will not our own. Our prayers will not be answered if it is not in line with His will.

We pray that He provide for us our physical needs and our spiritual needs. Our Spiritual needs meaning His word, discernment and what He wants us to know or do today day.

REPENT....if we read the Bible, we will learn exactly what it is that He hates and curses. We must know these things so that we can stive to be in line with His ways. Repenting means turning away from our sins and do them no more.

FORGIVE....He forgave us, we must follow in His footsteps and forgive others. this is not for them but for you. This is a tuff one but important. Forgiveness doesn't mean allowing toxic abuse, but more about letting go and moving forward for your own benefit.

This world will forever try to tempt you. We live in this world, but we are not of this world. This world is Satan's dominion. Close all open doors to the demonic and seek deliverance.
